Sales and Business Development Specialist

Pro-VIO provides strategic business consulting for small businesses with an emphasis on helping them earn non-dilutive capital through government contracts. We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Specialist to fuel growth in our B2B sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record for closing sales, an ability to quickly grasp technical concepts, and be familiar with government entities/contracts. 

Responsibilities 

● Use our proven lead generation and marketing strategy to bring in new clients

● Sell our three basic products to small technology companies using remote conference platforms

● Rapidly understand new government opportunities as they are released to present to clients

● Collaborate with the client relations team for new client handoff 

● Create and maintain HubSpot, Client Documentation Folders, and Internal sales pipelines

● Organize all contracts documents 

● Help client relations team to up-sell or cross-sell services and products 

● Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms 

● Support with business development efforts and relationship building around opportunities

Requirements 

● Experience with B2B sales 

● Highly organized 

● Self-starter capable of managing work-loads and schedules with minimal oversight

● Professional personality with excellent customer service skills 

● Adaptable to a highly dynamic workplace and schedules 

● Work will be 100% remote 

● Reliable access to a computer, webcam, internet connection and a reasonably dedicated workspace 

● Comfortable with all remote work and video conferencing platforms

 ● Quickly learn and understand new concepts and technologies 

● Part time 15-30 hrs/wk, strong likelihood to grow into full time. 

Desired Skills (Ideal candidates will exhibit one or more of the following skills) 

● Familiar with government agencies and government contracting 

● Experience working in a startup, with startups, or commercializing technology

● Sales/business development 

● Project management 

● Technical or scientific degree or background 

● Veteran or military spouse
